Inspired by the L1 concept, which made its debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September, new Volkswagen up! Lite-concept is suitable for four adults still are not satisfied with the hybrid powertrain 115.7 miles on one liter of fuel, driving while emissions only 65 g / km CO2.
Turn on the Up! Lite is a 800cc two-cylinder common-rail diesel engine linked to that concept in L1. The diesel engine is equipped with an electric motor, which are completely disconnected from the diesel engine and used combined driving at low speeds.
Gear changes are executed by a seven-speed automatic dual-clutch gearbox. How is the current range of BlueMotion models, the Up! Lite uses a start-stop system to maximize the efficiency and regenerative braking.
