This year at the 39th Nurburgring 24-hour race is Toyota show “GRMN (tuned by Gazoo Racing1 MN2) SPORTS HYBRID Concept II,” a mid-engine sports car convertible gasoline-electric hybrid concept.

According to the automaker, the concept of an updated version of a gasoline-electric sports car concept at the Tokyo Motor Show in 2010 is shown.

The vehicle is equipped with sophisticated design and improved athletic Hybrid AWD system with the main engine (gasoline engine, rear drive motor and gearbox) with a center mounted engine front wheel drive. Positioned in this way improves agility, increases driving enjoyment and provides improved stability.
