German tuner Brabus has a new suspension tuning kit for the Mercedes-Benz G-Class.
The Ride Control suspension BRABUS try the roughness of the G-class drive and simultaneously reduce its off-road credentials. BRABUS claims that the new chassis will be particularly advantageous at low speeds and over rough terrain for a smoother ride. At higher speeds, the stiffer setting on the package offers a better and safer treatment.
The package includes newly developed gas-pressure shocks on the two axes with a damping control function to a softer or stiffer. The changes can be made on the center stack console at the touch of a switch in the cab of aluminum. Driver can choose between two settings – Select “comfort comfort” and “sport”. The change takes milliseconds and can be done as long as the vehicle to be in motion.
The package is for all G-Class models include the G 350 CDI, G 500 (known as the G550 in the U.S.) and the G 55 AMG.
