Porsche AG is the seventh generation of its flagship, the Porsche 911 Turbo at the Frankfurt Motor Show coupe and convertible forms.
The new model has the first completely new engine in the 35-year history, pattern – a Flat Six 500 hp, 3.8-liter engine. A seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox is available as an option in combination with gasoline direct injection and variable turbine geometry turbocharger is offered, which reduces CO2 emissions compared to its predecessor by nearly 18 percent.
The sale of the new 911 Turbo in Europe in November with prices starting at € 122,400 in Germany coupe and convertible start at € 131.800. UK start, the prices at £ 101,823 and £ 109,048 for the coupe to convertible.
In the U.S., the cost Coupe and Convertible $ 132,800 will be priced at $ 132,800. U.S. sales will begin in January 2010.
Porsche says the new 911 Turbo will accelerate 0-62 mph (100 km / h) in 3.4 seconds. The top speed is 194 hours miles (312 kilometers per hour).
