New Vauxhall Corsavan ecoFlex Front Side View
The first Opel commercial Start / Stop technology now available to UK dealers function, the automaker announced today. Dubbed CorsaVan ecoFLEX, the truck through the new Euro 5-compliant 1.3 CDTI with 95 hp, which is now driven in a position to CO2 emissions of 95 grams per kilometer.
The enhanced emissions are reduced by a number of efficiency gains, including a turbocharger with variable geometry, suspension, aerodynamic hubcaps and an optimized gear ratio from a “shift up” indicator. These upgrades help CorsaVan ecoFLEX Euro 5 standard and an impressive 78.3 mpg (UK) to achieve the combined cycle and 65.6 mpg city driving.
The van is also equipped with an improved starter, along with one high-capacity battery and electric power management system for the efficient re-start the commercial life. An additional pump ensures that the cabin warm in cool weather during the stop phase, and the owner of the option to disable start / stop completely have a dashboard button.
Opel said that the ecoFLEX model Coravan costs € 13,048.33 on-the-road.
