Mini Cooper unveiled the new JCW coupe this week, and they have been preparing for this race at the Nurburgring 24-hour race. The new Mini JCW Coupe Endurance is the standard 1.6-liter engine of the John Cooper Works powered version, which changed to produce 250 hp and 330 Nm of torque with overboost function. Fitted to the extra horsepower from the engine of the Mini Cooper JCW coupe Endurance with a modified engine and a racing exhaust system. Mini says the new JCW Endurance is capable of a top speed of over 240 kilometers per hour, but they do not mention the 0-62 mph sprint. The racing version of the Mini Cooper coupe weighs 965 kilograms, has a wheelbase of 2467 mm and a 100-gallon tank.
The Mini Coupe JCW Endurance is equipped with front-wheel drive and a sequential 6-speed manual gearbox with electronic differential lock. The independent racing suspension of the MINI John Cooper Works Coupe Endurance, will train with adjustable compression and rebound, and an adjustable strut brace made from KW suspension.
When it comes to wheels and tires the Mini JCW Coupe Endurance is left wet for 17-inch Borbet wheels and slick tires 215/45 R17 / R17 205 / 620 Dunlop.
