Chevrolet has the Colorado rally, a different concept version of its new midsize pickup, the 2011 won in Buenos Aires Auto Show. But the brand has not tipped his hand about whether the new truck will be sold in the U.S.
When the new Colorado turned on the auto show earlier this year in Bangkok confirmed that Chevrolet would release a series go on sale later this year in Thailand, but refused to give any plans as.
Oddly, Chevy press material for the show in Buenos Aires on the new Colorado as a “global” truck.
The Colorado rally double cabin pick-up was at GM in South America design studio, whipped cream, with features such as perforated acrylic window, 18-inch alloy wheels, adjustable heavy shocks, LED lights, running boards, an integrated winch and a toolkit.
The truck gets a 2.8-liter turbo diesel engine and four-wheel drive. The residents are ensconced in neoprene lined buckets with five-point harness and is surrounded by a cage. Other highlights in the cockpit, flat-bottomed sports steering wheel, a full gauge package, a GPS navigation system and a dashboard covered with plaited leather.
