In 2012 some of the biggest names in American motor sports forces to present a unified concept for maximum performance and half the weight and power of a conventional car to demonstrate.
The delta-wing, originally proposed as a replacement for the current Dallara IndyCar for the 2012 season, but instead have the opportunity to compete in the 2012 Le Mans 24 Hours.
Not many details are known, but Project 56 has shown that discussions with potential suppliers offer engine is a 1.6-liter turbo engine plant to produce 300 hp company. Practical Project 56 focuses on competitive performance with only half the power of the leading contenders. This is done by halving the level of resistance of the traditional racing cars and a similar reduction in weight.
