When SRT set to a more powerful HEMI for the Chrysler 300C SRT in 2007 to develop-8, they were aware of the heritage of the engine, painted on the adoption of traditional HEMI engine signals such as an orange LED cylinder block and black valve covers.
The SRT powertrain engineers developed the Chrysler 300C SRT-8 engine more power by adding more cubic inches, increasing the compression, the redesign of the cylinder head intake and exhaust systems for increased flow and increase reached Motor speed. To more displacement, SRT engineers the diameter of the cylinders in the Chrysler 300C SRT-8 HEMI by 3.5 millimeters per’s bored, the total increase to 5.7 liters to 6.1 liters. Compression ratio 10.3:1 was increased from 9.6:1, unleashing more energy during combustion.
