Chevrolet Corvette Track Car Z06X is one of the undisputed highlights of the state of the Chevy’s at this year’s SEMA. As the name suggests, shows the special stage like a production Corvette to be converted easily an extraordinary, full on track car.
Developed in cooperation with the partners of the mark in the American LeMans Series – Pratt & Miller Corvette Car Show Z06X track gets its base from the Corvette Z06, with a packed 1LZ equipment package, a Z07 performance package and a CFZ Carbon package.
Among his most important race-oriented extensions uses the Corvette Z06X an adjustable carbon rear spoiler, a polycarbonate rear window, roll cage, racing seat and seat belt, racing wheels, suspension enhancements – including coil-over shocks with fully adjustable camber plates – racing-spec cooling system and much more.
On the outside, a remarkably low gloss Icy White metallic exterior color with exposed carbon-fiber body panels and a red border is the 10-spoke alloys in black wrapped Racing high-performance racing tires, to give the drive enhanced accents, cleaner racing character.
Dave Ross said design manager. “It’s a classic case of form follows function, the exterior color and accents have been carefully tailored to the Corvette Racing-influenced design improvement selected, but there is nothing superfluous in the design of the Z06X -.’s all there is for a reason”
