After the presentation the last week of the new 2012 Hilux in Europe, was known ahead of Toyota and led the Asian market version of the pick-up, the Hilux in Thailand, but the SUV sibling, the Fortuner with seven seats.

Both Hilux Vigo and Fortuner sports the same styling revisions with their European colleagues, including the new front-end with the chrome off, razor edge grille, new alloy wheels and interior refinements, including new instrument panel, plus trim and equipment upgrades.

Offered in Thailand, the Fortuner SUV with two diesel engines, creating a 3.0-liter engine and a 163hp 2.5-liter delivers 144 horses and a 2.7-liter gasoline engine with 160 horsepower.
