Honda thinly veiled concept of the Honda Fit EV proposed exactly one year ago at the 2010 edition of the LA show. The production version of the pure electric-Fit will be modeled closely after the study last year and is expected to lithium-ion battery and coaxial electric loads.
Last year, the Japanese automaker said the EV would be able to a top speed of 90 mph (145 kph) to achieve fit and offer a range of up to miles (160 kilometers). The company added that the battery can be recharged in less than 12 hours with a conventional 120-volt outlet and less than six hours with a 240-volt outlet.
