2012 Chevrolet Captiva Sport Front Side View
GM will be addressing the growing demand for compact crossover with the introduction of the 2012 Chevrolet Captiva sport, available to customers in the U.S. in the fourth quarter of 2011.
The two engines are offered on the 2012 Chevrolet Captiva Sport is a 2.4-liter direct-injection 4-cylinder and a 3.0-liter V6 direct injection engine that is each supported by a 6-speed automatic transmission, develops 182 HP (136 kW) and 233 Nm torque and 264 hp (197 kW) and 301 Nm of torque.
The 2012 Chevrolet Captiva Sport are models LS, LT and LTZ all-wheel drive available, with each of the four equipment variants packages. Some of the standard on all models offered include 17-inch wheels, XM Satellite Radio, a 6-speaker audio system, four disc brakes with ABS, traction control, ESP, air conditioning, remote entry and power lock and windows.
