General Motors surprised the automotive press and their fans when they announced Cadillac lost its SRT 2.8-liter turbocharged V6 engine. This move seemed odd and inexplicable at first, when the mill in the vicinity of 2012 SRX.

GM Inside News reports that the SRX gets a couple of other tweaks for the 2012 model year, including a heated steering wheel. Cadillac SRX fans want the luxury features that come with the watch since their introduction. The company is reportedly also working on a hybrid version of the SUV.
