A week before the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC), who received two new Toyota Avensis’ Next Generation Touring Cars “(NGTC) their first public appearance on Thursday at Silverstone today.
The 2011 BTCC enjoy a record 27-car want, represented by 10 different manufacturers: Audi, BMW, Chevrolet, Ford, Honda, Proton, Seat, Toyota, Opel and Volkswagen. Of the 27 cars will fight for honor 13 different models: Audi A4, BMW 320si, Chevrolet Cruze, Chevrolet Lacetti, Ford Focus, Ford Focus Global, Honda Civic, Honda Integra, Proton Gen-2, Seat Leon, Toyota Avensis, Opel Vectra and VW Golf. “The Toyota looks good and we are all happy with him,” Wrathall said. “Yes, it’s frustrating to not have more tests done, but the first few laps were hard would always be for us so we can get to work and not the best and most competitive we Job.”
The Avensis driver went on the screen wearing the colors of the privateer teams and Hughes Dynojet Racing Motor Sports / Speed ??Works. The Toyota Avensis cars will be powered by Frank Wrathall Jr. and Tony Hughes.
2011 Toyota Avensis BTCC racer of GPR motorsport body of the production line of Toyota Burnaston plant built. Under the hood of Wrathall’s Avensis, a turbocharged 2.0-liter Toyota engine from X CTech R is developed that brings out over 300 hp.
