2011 Kia Sportage is a very nice crossover with a starting price of $ 18,295 ($ 18,990 with destination) is quite affordable. Kia announced Tuesday that the longest-running nameplate well below the $ 20,000 mark, starting at a sports standard features such as a six-speed manual transmission, air conditioning, power everything, SIRIUS Satellite Radio, MP3 and Bluetooth connectivity.

At $ 20,295 ($ 20,990 with destination) mid-level LX model created mirrors with LED lamps, keyless entry and privacy glass. A further $ 3,000 ($ 23,990 with destination) adds 18-inch alloy wheels and a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob. Standard safety features include six airbags, ABS four-wheel drive and electronic stability control.

The Sportage looks like a screaming deal – if the starting price is $ 1,300 higher than the previous model, it is a much better car – and 176-hp 2.4-liter delivers an impressive 22 miles per gallon in city and 31 mpg on the highway.
