The Honda Accord Hybrid makes its world premiere at the Paris Motor Show Motor Show 2010, further evidence of the continued commitment of gasoline-electric hybrid Honda technology.

The launch of the newest addition to the practical Honda Jazz line-up will be the first time that a parallel hybrid vehicle, the B-segment consumers. The IMA hybrid engine and control are shared with the Insight and CR-Z hybrid, using the proven reliability of this important technology. With nearly two decades behind the development and 10 years of sales experience, the Honda IMA system has proven itself as a flexible and reliable technology to benefit more than a half million vehicles on the road, by the combination of low emissions and fuel.

The new model is the same engine as the Insight hybrid function, the 1.3-liter i-VTEC engine with a CVT with an electric motor sandwiched between the twelve fifty-eight to parallel hybrid system create. The cabin is also a fresh look with a dark color panel, which is in sharp contrast to the blue lighting of the dials and stereo. The new hybrid is also available with leather, the first time has been available on a Jazz model in Europe. The Honda Accord Hybrid will go on sale in some markets during the first part of 2011.
