After a brief pause, the route again Cadillac hit in the Sports Car Club of America in World Challenge competition 2011  With its Cadillac CTS-V Coupe will develop a new racing car in cooperation with Pratt & Miller, New Hudson, Michigan, engineering company specializing in motorsports. The first race at the SCCA World Challenge CTS-V for the two sections on 25 March to 27 in St. Petersburg, Florida. Behind the wheel of the Cadillac is three times champion in the American Le Mans Series GT1, Johnny O’Connell and 2005 SCCA World Challenge GT class champion Andy Pilgrim are.

“The SCCA World Challenge is good for a natural transfer of knowledge, ” said Jim Campbell, GM vice president for performance cars and motor sports. “The series will become an important testing ground for Cadillac.
